Upon arrival at the dealership, greeted by vey friendly and enthusiastic Nicole Franklin. After introductions, proceeded to check out new inventory based upon my description of desired vehicle. Took for a test drive to check out new features. Well pleased with what I saw. Nicole was extremely knowledgable with the My Ford Touch system and demonstrated some of the features such voice commands. I was extremey pleased with her presentation. It was a very pleasant experience having her for sales consultant. At the completion of test drive, down to business to discuss sales price. After a couple of iterations, we still were not at the slling price to my liking. At this point, Nicole elaborated that I was purchasing a new vehicle that was to my liking,that the dealership has an excellent maintenance service staff, that I was close to the dealership fom my home for any future srvice needs, that she would be available to assist me as needed for any SYNC activity where I may lack expertise, and other points that escape this time. After another brief discussion, we were able to reach the selling price that the dealership and I were both satified. Marco signed off on the final number and Vincent Ippolito did the rest.
