From the moment we walked in we felt as if we had VIP treatment. We were immediately put in contact with someone to help us given water and sat down so we could go over what we may qualify for. When the company decided to purchase a new truck to replace the old F 250, we began making inquires to the dealerships in the area. great experiance. As with any company. it was important to us to not only get the best price and quality truck, but to still keep our own deliveries on schedual. Parks came in at the best price for a new F250 truck beating the other dealerships by several thousands, but then they exceeded our expectations by bringing the truck to us for review and being prepared to sign the papers right one the spot. whole process took less then 30 minutes and our driver was out of the old truck, into the new truck and on his way to his next delivery, thereby keeping us on time and extremely happy. We took it for a test drive. This 2013 Escape SEL was a perfect match! George is very knowledgable about his product. He is a honest person and not a high-pressure individual. Two qualities that are a must when purchasing a car. He even assisted me with syncing my cell phone to the vehicle, along with a myriad of other important information regarding my new car. Frank was very fair with the price. We came to terms in about 10 minutes, and I know I got a great deal. I will be back to Parks to purchase our next vehicle to replace a very old and worn out one that my son is driving. I am 65 and have purchased Chevys,Volvo, Mersedes, Fords over the years. This was the BEST experience I have ever had. My wife will not go to the dealers except to see the car and pick out color and leave over the years. This was the BEST experience I have ever had. George Dybowski was the perfect advisor helping but put pushing, he answered several emails. We were very comfortable looking around and taking our time making the final decision. We it came to the finial price and negotiating he handle the process well. As for the finance person in the past I hated the signing having to deal with them. This time was different. He help us understand the extended warranty and pick the correct policy. We will buy our next cars here and only here. More
