I have a motor home that has a Ford chassis and drive train. I am a current customer of Parks Lincoln in Tampa and they could not assist with the issue that I had and recommended that I use Parks Ford of train. I am a current customer of Parks Lincoln in Tampa and they could not assist with the issue that I had and recommended that I use Parks Ford of Wesley Chappel as they had the knowledge, staff, equipment and facility to handle large vehicles. I called Bob Weinstock, explained my issue and made an appointment. I gave him some basic information and he said he would do some research and get back to me. Within a few minutes he called me back. When I arrived, Bob met me in the parking lot and escorted me in. He introduced me to Brent Thirkill who took over getting me registered. Both of them thoroughly explained the process and when to expect the vehicle to be ready. Bob actually "went the extra mile" and told me he would do further diagnostics for no additional costs in hopes of saving me some money, as this was going to be a costly repair. Brent called me several times with updates, which I appreciated. The vehicle was actually ready before promised and at the quoted price. I have bought and used many dealerships in my life and you just do not find this type of quality and personal customer service at other dealerships. These two guys "personalized" the service experience and that is why I commend them, will recommend them and will be returning with my other service needs. More
I have to say that the experience @ Park's Ford was very good. I worked with Johnny Bowers while since is was new was struggling with the computer system. He was always very polite and attentive to my requests and questions. Steve Barranco assisted Johnny to help him with whole process and did not leave the the building till late Saturday nite. Both Johnny & Steve worked very hard to earn my business . I bought a 2013 Expedition! Worked with Carlos on the financing whom was also very good. Overall , I have to say it was a pleasure doing business with Park's Ford. I would recommend these guys and this dealership. I like to support our local business community as I live in Wesley Chapel. Keep up the good work. More
Our salesperson, Ricky, was great! Very friendly, willing to work with us on our trade, and knowledgeable. I came in with a loan draft and they were able to beat it. I didn't feel pressured like I have at other dealerships either. I would definitely recommend Ricky and Parks Ford! More
I began my search online for a 2013 F-150. I searched several dealers in the area and after visiting Parks and speaking with their staff, I was able to feel comfortable about making a purchase from them. several dealers in the area and after visiting Parks and speaking with their staff, I was able to feel comfortable about making a purchase from them. My wife brought her 2005 Ford Escape in for routine maintenance, we had a new idle air controller and fuel filter installed. Less than 2 hours from leaving the dealership, her air conditioner compresso maintenance, we had a new idle air controller and fuel filter installed. Less than 2 hours from leaving the dealership, her air conditioner compressor blew. The air conditioner compressor was less than 15k miles old. The service department claimed that the service they performed did not correlate with the compressor breaking and would not fix their mistake. It is not a coincidence that new engine parts break hours from leaving the mechanic. I have no confidence in their work nor their customer service. Do not get your vehicle serviced here. More
I brought my brand new Fiesta to Service at 6698 miles. The entire transmission had to be replaced. I was beside myself as I knew right then and there, I was taken advantage of. A few days after I picked it up, I went back to service as they had not reset my driver window; however, I could still feel hesitation when accelerating and a noise on my driver side. After waiting 30 minutes for someone to speak to me, Terry Mullane comes out thinking he can intimidate me. (I was there alone, without a male companion.) He sits down for 30 seconds and tells me to drop the attitude. So other than being sold a lemon, getting taken advantage of, I was disrespected as well. Needless to say, I am now moving forward by taking this issue to the top. I refuse to have my feelings discounted and get talked down to by a shady dealer. If I would have had a male with me, he would have never said the things he said. Also, I have a right to be upset as Terry Mullane isn't paying my bills. More
While this may not meet your requirements as to the why, I think it hits the nail on the head. "The car I purchased on 9-15-2013 is the fourth car I have purchased at Parks Ford. There is little doubt I think it hits the nail on the head. "The car I purchased on 9-15-2013 is the fourth car I have purchased at Parks Ford. There is little doubt in my mind I will purchase my fifth car at Parks Ford. One doesn't buy four cars at the same dealership over a span of many years unless that dealership meets or exceeds the expectations of the customer in professionalism, service, price, and courtesy. Keep up the good work, and thanx. Ron Weaver More

I walked into Parks Ford with one objective...to purchase a vehicle without breaking the bank. I come from a finance background so numbers that fit my budget was my only objective. I choose the 2006 MINI C a vehicle without breaking the bank. I come from a finance background so numbers that fit my budget was my only objective. I choose the 2006 MINI Cooper because it had a good price tag. I worked with Carlos in Finance and he did everything he could to keep me within my financial budget. He recognized that numbers were crucial to me and made sure that the financial picture was clear, concise and of course within budget. When I met with Ricky I was incredibly impressed by his professionalism with NO sales tactics, No gimmicks, no sales pressure....he was a gentleman who treated me like a man of honor. From start to finish every staff member was very friendly and caring to me and my son. Even Duber presented himself to me and made sure he did everything he could to make sure my experience was the very best. I gave Ricky and everyone a 5 star rating because I received 5 star service! I stopped at Parks Ford to pick up Posters and T-Shirts from Jennifer Cofini for an upcoming Drive One 4 UR School Event at Wiregrass Ranch High School. On my way out the door, I saw Duber, who I had met from Jennifer Cofini for an upcoming Drive One 4 UR School Event at Wiregrass Ranch High School. On my way out the door, I saw Duber, who I had met at our Drive One event the year before. I said to him "you have 30 seconds to convince me why I should buy a Mustang instead of a Camaro". Kevin Regan was standing beside Duber and was immediately introduced to me as the "Mustang Guy" and his answer was as if he was reading my mind. Out of all the things Kevin could have chose to say first as to why I should go with a Mustang over a Camaro, he started the conversation with the fact the Camaro has wicked blind spots. What Kevin did not know was my past two vehicles, a Cadillac CTS and Buick Lacrosse, had awful blind spots which unfortunately I did not realize until after I took possession of either vehicle. Needless to say, I drove away a few hours later in my 2014 Mustang GT, which I am absolutely having a blast in! I also have to mention that our Drive One 4 UR School Event was once again a huge success! I would like to thank, Jennifer Cofini and all the sales men that were there that evening. It was a good time and hopefully mutually rewarding for all involved. Thank You Parks Ford!! Melissa Sabarese More
