Negotiated deal on used veh through phone & text, as I was over an hour drive away. Was told my offer would be sent to sales mgr at 1:30 pm. At 6:30pm, I texted to inquire about my offer, but heard n was over an hour drive away. Was told my offer would be sent to sales mgr at 1:30 pm. At 6:30pm, I texted to inquire about my offer, but heard nothing. I called when they opened the next day. Was told my offer was NOT sent to mgr. They were too busy. Spoke to sales mgr., who said they have several appointments on the vehicle today, and if they fall through, they will notify me. WHAT? I was negotiating to buy this vehicle. But, it is clear that you have to be PHYSICALLY PRESENT to be considered before you can buy from this dealership. AVOID. More
