Service was prompt and Alexander was very nice and explained everything. Was not explained to me at the time I made the appointment by phone the extra costs involved in programming the key fob. I knew the cost of the fob to be $350 and thought that price included everything. The total price of $650 was a lot more than what I bargained for. The total bill came to $750. More
