Our family has bought several cars here, but service is the worst. Playing games with pricing and when we said no to the service quote the came back with a lower price which was still robbery. August 8th 2023 this dealer is playing games with customers. I've been in touch with the sales Agent Joe for a few to get a deal. The truck will be ready Wednesday 8th Joe said. This Morning I re customers. I've been in touch with the sales Agent Joe for a few to get a deal. The truck will be ready Wednesday 8th Joe said. This Morning I received a text, not even a call, that the truck was sold to somebody the sales Agent said. After We were in touch every single day waiting for a truck to be out from the services dep. I called to speak with sales manager Jim. He said the truck was sold to somebody who got all the paper done with financial before the truck got in servers. We can find a truck for you, he said at the end. How they let the sales Agent work with customers when something doesn't exist. They don't care about the customer's weather sales agent. Wasting time and trying to impress with deals that never works put me on hold for more than a week for a truck listing but was in services, I tried to work with number sending all info for my trading never received a quote for the trade, I tried to visit the dealer on sunday to work with number and close the deal and the lady on front desk said don't come because we can't close any deal until the truck is done in services dep. I had A super good reference for you Guys until today. I can wait to get a deal but with an honest dealer I don't trust you any more. More
