I scheduled an appointment to bring my vehicle in for Multiple warranty repairs. They booked me 3 weeks out. Then the day before bringing it in they called me to let me know it would be 1 week before a Multiple warranty repairs. They booked me 3 weeks out. Then the day before bringing it in they called me to let me know it would be 1 week before a technician got to my vehicle but I would only get in the cue to have my vehicle if I left it for 1 week. If I didn't leave my vehicle, they would not work on it in the when it was my turn. Who operates a business where you make a customer leave a vehicle for a week before you are even going to start working on it. I have had some great experiences with many Ford Dealers before but I will never do business with this one and I hope Ford Motor company does something about this to correct them hurting the brand. Run! Worked out a deal online and they sold the car despite having worked out a deal anyway. When I said I would pay a deposit to hold it as we had a deal, they relied, "The deposit doesn't matter you could just cancel it!" They also offered less for my trade than KBB, even though the said they would honor the price. Transactional and not Relational! Found another vehicle at Autonation Ford Brooksville, had the deal closed by noon and they are holding the car until Friday for me with a deposit. When I told our rep at Autonation what happened working with Morgan and her manager, they said we want to earn your business and that's not how you treat people. Wow, a sales professional who understands! Amazing! Don't be fooled by cheap prices! The experience was awful and unprofessional! More
