My service advisor, John Kidd has been amazing. Vehicle shopping is like going to the dentist for me. I dread it. What should be an exciting time is typically a nightmare. Not at Parks Ford and especially not with Greg. We were not there to purchase a vehicle – we were there for service. While my husband went to handle his service bill I strolled through the used lot and was greeted by Greg. From the moment I started chatting with him, I felt at ease. Zero pressure. My husband joined us and spotted a truck identical to his just 2 years newer. It was a beauty. Whoever owned it before knew how to take care of a vehicle. We decided to take it for a test drive. On our drive, we got to chat with Greg. He was personable, relatable and so genuine. We got back to the lot and had a few things to discuss. Again, we weren’t there to purchase but the vehicle, price, and honestly the customer service was pulling us in. We had a few things to figure out and thanked Greg for his time and left. Not at any point did he make us feel pressured. The next day we were back and leaving with a gorgeous truck. Greg went above and beyond – every step of the way. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, see Greg! You won’t be disappointed. Shout out to Gene, the sales manager, as well. Super friendly and personable. He really went out of his way to ensure we understood the process from beginning to end so there were no surprises. Thank you, Parks Ford! More

Let me start off by saying I'm a huge Ford guy, and I would rather leave no review than a bad review. I gave them months to make this right.. In June of 2021 I ordered a new F350 in the dealership with would rather leave no review than a bad review. I gave them months to make this right.. In June of 2021 I ordered a new F350 in the dealership with a sales rep to ensure I got exactly what I wanted, I ordered everything plus some. I really did not want a two-tone truck so I opted to order a solid colored truck of the color of my choice. I put a $500 deposit on the truck, I then had to wait, I knew the order would take a while but I was hopeful. 4 or 5 months later during the "build process" I received a window sticker, on the window sticker it showed "two-tone paint" (definitely not what I ordered). I brought it to Park Fords attention and they said "they can’t do anything about it that far in the process and it might be a default on the window sticker and they will see what happens when it comes in and we'll deal with it then." After 7 plus months I got a call saying the truck just landed on site, I went straight there and not only was it two-tone it was also damaged on the front and rear bumpers (I don't blame Parks Ford on any of these issues up to this point) They had to get the bumpers replaced so they sent the truck off. I decided to give it a few weeks or so to see if I can get over the two-tone look because Park told me that I take it or order another truck. I told them that I would just like it painted to match (easiest fix). Parks manager kept insisting on me just ordering another truck and waiting a year! (I NEED that truck for work so I can't wait that long) No one at Park seemed to want to help so I contacted Ford and after some time I received a Case # on the issue, I took that case number to Parks Ford and they got a quote from their own paint department, Parks then informed me that they won't cover the cost... Ford is pointing at Parks, and Parks is pointing at Ford.. The fact that I paid literally 100k for a truck and after it wasn't what I ordered no one is willing to help me is extremely frustrating! I haven't been rude, or short with anyone, I've very nice and patient, Ijust want someone to fix the situation. I feel that the sales side was right there willing to help all the way until I signed the dotted line.. Unfortunately I would not recommend this dealership, find one that cares. More
I had warranty work and a new wheel bearing done on my truck. The wheel bearing was back ordered, but service advisor John Kidd went above and beyond taking care of me.
