I had a 2008 Ford Explorer that ran beautifully until my teen totaled it. So I started the search for a new vehicle. Not intending to purchase brand new but perhaps buy used. During the process I met Rich who without hesitation took me for a test drive. The process was painless. Due to the lack of chips for the breaking system there is a shortage of car but Rich hooked me up with a 2021 loaner. Identical to the one I test drove. They promised it would be available on 2-3 weeks but it became available in 3 days. Best day ever. I came in financed so they helped me get my paperwork together. Frank the sales manager was excellent and worked with me to get additional discounts such as new graduate, and first responders and nurses additional deals. It was worth it. Best dealership to do business with. They are no nonsense and straight to the point. Recommend them hands down. Most painless experience car buying I’ve ever had. More

In the instant case regarding Mike, he has contacted me on numerous occasions about the car, service thereof, and operations of the car, as many bells and whistles implemented properly enhance the every day of driving. I want to commend Mike for his diligence in the contact, which occurred without requiring his immediate attention, as generally speaking, the car was operationally GOOD as should be with a car of high value. I commend Mike for that contact as when considering a Ford product, he will be the sales consultant to whom I will reach out to when considering any of the variety of Ford products. In the future, an e-auto might be in the cards, so Mikes judgement will be of value. More

All around, my experience with Parks Ford was excellent. We were greeted by Mike Dabrowski on our first visit. He showed us around the vehicle I was interested in and was not pushy as salesmen can be. Once We were greeted by Mike Dabrowski on our first visit. Gil Bravo met with us and was great to work with. He also wasn't pushy and was easy to work with. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was patient to answer all questions and offered to help with any future questions or issues on the vehicle. Once we got to the finance part, both Duber Garzon and Vince Ippolito were great to work with. Duber helped us negotiate a good and fair deal. Vince sealed the deal to help us get the monthly payment where I could afford it in my budget. I love my vehicle and my experience with the purchase made it even better. This is my personal 2nd vehicle purchase from Parks. My family also purchased a vehicle before Parks bought Heritage Ford. More
