tyler needs to take an ethics class I spoke with a tyler at parks ford. I made it extremely clear which engine, axle, and added package i need. I also made it very clear that nothing els I spoke with a tyler at parks ford. I made it extremely clear which engine, axle, and added package i need. He has since messaged me at least 3 seperate times attempting to mislead and lie to me about their inventory and get me to drive the 2 or 3 hours. Only to then say well we dont have the exact vehicle but heres somehting similar. This is straight up bait and switch fraud. They wasted almost 6 hours of my time one day, plus the time spent on phone or e-mail. When I attempted to complain about this salesmen shady practices I was refused access to the general manager and only allowed to speak to another salesmen who attempted to defend tylers fraudulent activities. Tyler went so far as to say the vehicle combination I was looking for did not exist. He almost convinced me to avoid the Ford brand altogether. he was clearly lying since I found the exact year make model engine and packages that I asked him for at another close by dealership. This is extremely unethical behavior and cost me az great deal of time and money. If you continue to allow him to sell cars for you I will have to assume. and go on to let everyone know. that this is standard behavior for parks ford. I would love if you prove me wrong and remove him from any positions that interact with the customers. but we both know that wont happen, and this behavior is probably taught from the top down at this dealership.
