Everytime I bring my Explorer to the service center they tell me nothing is wrong with it.I even had my car towed from Sarasota and they told me nothing was wrong so they put a new battery to justify me.rec tell me nothing is wrong with it.I even had my car towed from Sarasota and they told me nothing was wrong so they put a new battery to justify me.recently my back hatch would not go down on several occasions (nothing was wrong and passengers mirror droops (nothing wrong so again they put a new battery to justify me again.when a person pays this much money for a nice vehicle it should be right.This is the 3rd Explorer I have bought over the yrs and I will NOT buy another vehicle from ford. Love my Explorer but I don’t like when I’m called a liar that nothing is wrong with it when I know there is!!!! More

I’m still reviewing the results of the service I received but from the first drive since the vehicle was “repaired” I find myself greatly disappointed. I was told my issues had been fixed yet only one item w but from the first drive since the vehicle was “repaired” I find myself greatly disappointed. I was told my issues had been fixed yet only one item was “fixed”: I now have cruise control yet none of the other advanced features work; no early crash notification, no front censors warnings, no warnings involving the front camera which they charged me $3,800 to fix these issues. Yet, here I am with a beautiful F150 Lariat with all the bells and whistles but few work. I believe they fixed the cruise control by rewiring or flipping a toggle somehow for this was the only they fixed/gained/repaired for the $3.8K I was forced to pay for a minor result. Now, my engine is running roughly and I suspect that they are working for my next project needing to be “fixed”. More
I set my appt. A week ahead for service , took it in , rented a car and they didn't even call me to tell me they can not even look at my truck for another week..no A week ahead for service , took it in , rented a car and they didn't even call me to tell me they can not even look at my truck for another week..no call from Carlos , I had to call him on the 3rd day in and take the 3 day rental fee for nothing. Never going back, lost my trust More
