My service advisor was Cynthia. She was outstanding, professional and friendly. I had scheduled at least two weeks prior to December 28 for a diagnostic on my car. I was not informed initially that the car would be in the shop up to 48 hours. The service advisor did provide a loaner car at no cost (when I asked).
