Took our Aviator in for a oil change and 2 recalls. Service was very good. But the next day had a problem with the backup cameras which the recall was supposed to fix. Called the Park Lincoln back, sai Service was very good. But the next day had a problem with the backup cameras which the recall was supposed to fix. Called the Park Lincoln back, said the recall 90% of the time fixes the problem 10% of the time the cameras have to be replaced. We live about 60 miles from the dealership so we are now going to our local dealer to have it replaced More

Parks does a wonderful job with service. Dennis is extremely helpful. The problem we have, I believe, is with the people who pick up and deliver the car.
