I just wanted to add to this review. I was so disgusted with this entire experince I decided to go straight to the owners of the dealership. They were pleasent and gave me to their GM. He was also pleasent and was willing to look into the situation and we arranged the he would install Apple Car play if I paid for the product. I was not thrilled by that proposal but did agree. Well , this started on April 1st and we went back and forth for now 2 months. I fell into another one of their traps , he had excuses like he was waiting for his parts department to get back to him and one of his sales people fell ill and on and on. I took the bait like an idiot and said I understand blah blah. Well, like I said, its been 75 days since this "agreement" and true to form I hear nothing. I sent another email to the owners and the GM and I guess they have decided to just ignore me. The moral of the story this is how they do business, provide promises and not keep them. I am not surprised as this was how my entire buying experience started. Why I thought it would be different was just hopeful thnking I guess. Please Please do not go to this dealership. I have gone to another one since then for my oil change and tire rotation . Its so bad, I do not trust them to do this service even with them being free for first two years. I am not going to tell you the other dealership even though I liked them. The reason being I don;t want to come across like i have some affiliation with them. The purpose of this is DO NOT GO TO PARKS MOTORS THEY ARE A BIG SCAM FROM THE OWNERS ON DOWN. Go anywhere else , it shameful they can do business like this.
