Parkside Kia you guys were absolutely amazing. I was looking online for another Kia Soul- every Kia that I saw online they wanted too much for what I was willing to pay. Then I came across the one I was looking online for another Kia Soul- every Kia that I saw online they wanted too much for what I was willing to pay. Then I came across the one Parkside Kia had- I showed interest in via email. Next day Rebecca called me. I got an appointment to come and look. The salesman that I got assigned was Ethan. When I got there Ethan had already pulled the vehicle to front. I told him before we took it out to test drive it. That this is the car I wanted to take home- he said okay. 30 mins and we are signing paperwork. That was definitely by far the easiest- best experience I've had buying a car. Ethan Bolling you did a phenomenal job helping me get that Kia Soul and making the numbers work for me. I couldn't thank you enough!!! More

Hood won’t latch properly, even when slammed. Hatch won’t open automatically. Found much hidden rust not divulged. Refused to fix any problems. Very overpriced considering. My problem with the dealership is that no one ever calls back. I call and leave messages or send an email but no response. I probably am becoming a nuisance because of my repeated calls but I have 2 issue back. I call and leave messages or send an email but no response.
