Traded our beloved Outback for a Sorento Leaving our Subie Outback in Parkside's parking lot this past weekend was made much easier by the Parkside team, especially Ron Yelen. We felt comfortable from the beginning when we "were just looking" a few weeks earlier. Ron was very professional and never pressured us to do anything we weren't ready to do, and was there with all the answers when we were ready. Ultimately, we returned and traded in our Outback and have been very pleased with the transaction. Kudos to Ron and all the Parkside Kia staff. Keep up the good work. More

I had experienced nothing but disappointment trying to find a reliable and affordable car after being laid off my job of 17 years. Mr Shannon Bolling not only showed me a car that was my dream car but Mr Russell Bebb provided the most affordable loan that fit my budget. The customer service at Parkside Kia that these 2 Gentlemen showed me had not been shown to me anywhere else! To that I say Good Job Parkside Kia!!! Great people to deal with! Mark and the team are great people to deal with! I usually don't look forward to buying a new car, (and I think most people can relate to that!) but Mark and the team are great people to deal with!
