Elijah was a great sales person but he and I imagine the rest of your sales people are more interested in the bells and whistles than the particulars of how to actually drive the car. We spent so much time figuring out how to finance the car there was no time left for instruction. You need to better understand your clients. My husband was literally born in a log cabin and had no indoor plumbing growing up. He put himself through UT on the co-op program and rose to a management position in his company. We borrowed money one time to buy a car in the 58 years we have been married so that we could establish credit to buy a house. Having to finance even a part of a new car while not being able to pay cash is very insulting to both of us. There is no way your math logic erased this insult. More
