I paid full asking price for a used vehicle. A paint protection application was part of the price but I never asked for it and doubt it was even done. The car was damaged (very large scrapes of the back end during the license plate transfer) and the damage was hidden by Parkside KIA by tilting the license plate to cover it. The key fobs didn't work properly and still don't. The salesperson had no apology and simply said she would let the used car manger know. She took no responsibility. The used car manager made a small attempt to resolve the scrape issue but dropped it after we told him we were unable to bring the car back because we lived in Johnson City and that my husband can only drive a short distance due to his disability and that I had a broken arm and couldn't drive at all. We Asked for compensation of some kind and never heard back. My husband was a car salesman for Hendrick Cadillac in Cary NC. He is in disbelief of this lack of concern. I would not recommend this dealership. More
