Satisfied With Service But Disappointed With KIA!! I came in for an oil change, That was great!! As always. They day before I had the oil change I had a tire blowout and attempted to change my tire fo I came in for an oil change, That was great!! As always. They day before I had the oil change I had a tire blowout and attempted to change my tire for the very 1st time myself with the Jack that was provided. A few more inches and I would been severely hurt because the Jack provided just bent over and snapped apart causing my car to far down. Very undependable and dangerous Jack that Kia provided with my car. I asked several times if I could get a replacement Jack while getting an oil change since that one failed. Sadly I turned away with a NO. That was the worst let down, because now I don't feel that my safety was of any concern. More

Great time We had come into Parkside Kia several weeks ago looking at a Kia Sorento. Carlos Martinez helped us then and was so friendly and outgoing that when w We had come into Parkside Kia several weeks ago looking at a Kia Sorento. Carlos Martinez helped us then and was so friendly and outgoing that when we really got interested and wanted to trade we were happy to find a used vehicle at his dealershp so we could return and work with him. He and his manager Javier worked hard and got us the deal we were wanting. We now have a 2017 Kia Sorento. We could have gone to a Kia dealership closer to home but we went back to Parkside because of the attitude of Carlos and the other people who we dealt with. I was looking for a used Subaru Legacy and had visited ~8 large and small dealerships in the area over 3 days. None of the cars/dealers we visited felt 'right', there was always something that made me uneasy. I had decided to give up and wait a few months before trying again since I didn't really need a vehicle. On our way back home, we pulled into the Kia dealership just to see what they had. We saw a Subaru Outback that caught our attention and decided to take it for a test drive. I had no intention of buying this car, but had never driven an Outback and thought it would be a good way to end the day. It turned out, this was a good way to end the day. We worked with Brian Q. and everything unfolded from there--it just felt right. He made us feel comfortable and was really helpful in negotiating a price that we felt was fair. After we agreed to buy the car, my partner went home to care for our dogs since it was late. Javier was super nice and stayed with me, chatting, while all the paperwork was completed. Overall, Kia Parkside was great to work with and after a week with my 'new' Outback, I have no regrets. More
