They day before I had the oil change I had a tire blowout and attempted to change my tire fo I came in for an oil change, That was great!! As always. They day before I had the oil change I had a tire blowout and attempted to change my tire for the very 1st time myself with the Jack that was provided. A few more inches and I would been severely hurt because the Jack provided just bent over and snapped apart causing my car to far down. Very undependable and dangerous Jack that Kia provided with my car. I asked several times if I could get a replacement Jack while getting an oil change since that one failed. Sadly I turned away with a NO. That was the worst let down, because now I don't feel that my safety was of any concern. More
