I WASNT TOTALLY PLEASED WITH THE SALESMAN I PURCHASED MY CAR FROM HE WASNT INTERESTED IN THE CUSTOMER JUST MAKING A SALE , BUT YOUR SERVICE DEPT WAS A DRIVING FORCE IN ME BUYING THE CAR AT THAT LOCATION. Oil change and parts repair Went in to get a few parts put on from an accident, get an oil change, tires rotated, and a part repair for a recalled part (didn't even know about th Went in to get a few parts put on from an accident, get an oil change, tires rotated, and a part repair for a recalled part (didn't even know about this and they fixed it and told me about it). Amazing customer service and honesty! Saved me of having to come back when the recalled was released and they just took care of it. Also bought a paint pen for my van for a few scratches from regular driving. Jim Richard's is a top notch guy and I appreciate his help. More
