I would like to start by saying this review is not on the business as a whole rather an individual. My vehicle was purchased with Brandon and was a great experience. It is normally serviced with Jordyn who has always been amazing and a pleasure to work with. However, if you bring your car in to be serviced please avoid Jared at all costs. He was very rude from start to finish. Unhelpful when I asked for a copy of the mutlipoint inspection as I have always been provided. When I presented a coupon printed from their site he huffed like a two year old and said "Of course you do". Then proceeded to rip the papers off and act like it was very inconvenient to use the coupons they provide. I never once received a text or email as my car was being serviced as I always have. So please do yourself a favor and continue to use the services they provide however avoid dealing with him if you want to have a pleasant experience. I 1000 percent recommend dealing with Jordyn in the service department as I have always had her and always had a great experience until today. More
I have purchased 2 cars from Parkside and Brandon Jordan has been an amazing person to walk me through the process. He isn't "salesey" he is supportive and walks you through what would be best for what you has been an amazing person to walk me through the process. We were on our way through to go See Nashville before heading home and my engine blew. We got towed to Kia and the service was amazing. Brandon went above and beyond for us. He drove us to a hotel and even got us a cheaper price. He carried our luggage in and made sure we got the price we were quoted over the phone. My car will be there for at least two weeks so I will have to drive back down from NY to pick it up. Everyone was so helpful. Thank you Kia and most of all Brandon! More
I had been trying for months to get the Kia dealership where I live to respond concerning a service issue I was having with my Sedona sliding doors. Parkside Kia is near my parents' home, so I pondered re where I live to respond concerning a service issue I was having with my Sedona sliding doors. Parkside Kia is near my parents' home, so I pondered reaching out to them while visiting at some point since I couldn't get anywhere with my local dealership. I received an email about needing to schedule a recall service appointment a few weeks back, so I decided to use Parkside for that. Upon arriving, I mentioned to Jordyn Craig that I was also having an issue with my sliding doors, and asked if they could take a look while they had the van to do the recall service. She immediately started making notes, and then said, "You know, I'm going to pull that VIN and see if there is an extended warranty on those doors." That's exactly what she did, and there absolutely was. I was so thrilled! After months of trying to figure out what was wrong with the doors and dealing with the hassle when they acted up, not only would there be a solution, it would be one under warranty! I'd expected they might find a solution, but figured it would be an opportunity for them to charge me "dealer prices" to fix. Interestingly, the dealership I bought my Sedona from also knew about the door issue and never offered to see if there was an extended warranty for me. I was beyond thrilled at Jordyn's initiative and helpfulness. Now, when I'm back at my parents in a few weeks, I'll get the doors repaired and believe me, future service needed from the dealership will 100% go to Parkside. Thank you! More
I’d like to say my first visit with parts wasn’t a very good one. I came back to check on some stuff they were supposed to do. Really didn’t get any answers but as I was leaving the dealership a young man good one. I came back to check on some stuff they were supposed to do. Really didn’t get any answers but as I was leaving the dealership a young man with his arms full stopped and ask if I had been helped. I said not in the way I had hoped. He dropped everything to take care of me. He went way beyond the call of duty. He did what no one else would even attempt. The people in parts wouldn’t even try… told me I should take it somewhere else because they didn’t have a detail department. anyway because of Brandon Jordon and only because of Brandon will I ever own another Kia. The parts department treated me like a bother. He worked miracles for me and I’ll never forget it. Thank you Donna White More
