I took my 2020 kia soul here on a slow Thursday at 3pm with an appointment and did not finish until multiple hours later! I informed them I was on break at work and needed it to be quick and was completely lied too and left waiting. In addition to the ungodly wait time, tire rotations are often said they are completed here but not actually even assessed in service. Time is money and I spent hundreds for dog xxxx here. Do not do the same. Also my vehicle has an open recall and they can not even address it and dont know when fixing the safety issue will be possible. Friendliness and professionalism of Isaiah was the only part worth the 1 star on this review. More

poor parts department Tried to order a Starter for customer, was told, only had 1 hour to get it overnight. Could not get an answer the next morning if it had been ordered.
