The service was fine and the staff were nice. The staff just needs to know how to do the jeep rewards. I had free points to use for my oil change and was told the wrong thing on how to use reward The staff just needs to know how to do the jeep rewards. I had free points to use for my oil change and was told the wrong thing on how to use rewards so I ended up being charged for it on my card. I had to call the Jeep card and they explained it so it was a mess for me to straighten out which it shouldn’t have happened. More

I initially stopped at service to show them what was going on but was told I had to schedule an appt, tech wouldn’t look at problem. Made an appt, problem was not resolved! Was told if it happens again going on but was told I had to schedule an appt, tech wouldn’t look at problem. Made an appt, problem was not resolved! Was told if it happens again to bring it in, which is what I initially did but no one would look at it. I complained and the tech looked for an update and found something, this should have been done at the first appt!! More
