Excellent Service Department. The service department is truly state of the art and the technicians do a outstanding job. I also like that I bought my New Ford Fusion at Parkway and all of the service records are at the same Dealership. The only negative thing is that the past two times that I've had my Automobile serviced and you are supposed to get your Automobile taken through the car wash it's been broken but I guess that they have no control over that. An honest dealer with integrity I went to this dealer for what was an emergency repair. I was in town for a wedding. They were very accommodating and worked me into their schedule. Ultimately, there was an issue with how the repair was done BUT these guys stood behind their work! They are one of only three dealerships that I have dealt with over the years (one in Kentucky and one in Kansas) that I can say have real integrity. Though I live in Kentucky now, I would not hesitate to get a repair or buy a car from these folks. More

Headlight assembly installed I bought my car here and felt welcomed from the minute I walked in the door after picking my car out I noticed headlight had a crack and asked if it c I bought my car here and felt welcomed from the minute I walked in the door after picking my car out I noticed headlight had a crack and asked if it could be fixed before I bought they said sure ordered my headlight and set up appointment took it in and again very welcomed they were a bit busy in the service center so my sales guy Ryan hooked me up with a loaner and called a couple hours later when it was done so I could take care of errands then in the meantime he called and said ok it’s ready but give me half hour our detailer is gonna clean up your other headlight to match,just an all around great experience from the time you walk in to the time your done,very friendly service they go above and beyond!
