Employees made sure all recalls were handled Always a pleasure. My only complaint would be that I scheduled some recall fixes a month in advance and my parts weren't ready so the car was there Always a pleasure. Quick and honest I brought my explorer in on a very busy Saturday and they advised me they were scheduled out for a while for service, but they would give it a look an I brought my explorer in on a very busy Saturday and they advised me they were scheduled out for a while for service, but they would give it a look and call me on Monday or Tuesday. Service Center I was having terrible problems getting my Jeep repaired and getting in the parts for my limited edition model. Rico was the only employee in Sales who I was having terrible problems getting my Jeep repaired and getting in the parts for my limited edition model. Rico was the only employee in Sales who gave me an actual answer as to what was going on with my vehicle and the parts situation. He treated me like family and gave me advice about where I should go from that point with my vehicle and ultimately pointed me to a resolution that I am more than pleased with. I can't thank him enough for calling me back when he said he would and helping me resolve a terrible situation. More

Excellent Detail Service I recently had some work done on my car. I had to get new tires, door handle, and my car detailed. Aside from the inside needing cleaned, the outside I recently had some work done on my car. I had to get new tires, door handle, and my car detailed. Aside from the inside needing cleaned, the outside had scratches from my son. I was absolutely amazed with the detail service! My car looked new again and it’s 7 years old! Even the outside scratches are gone. This maintenance team did great work and I will be back for future maintenance needs! More
