This team of of service providers is fantastic. John was my initial service advisor and he made the experience very easy and kept in contact with me the whole time my car was being serviced. I've been a customer since 2014, and have purchased two new vehicles since that time. I recently needed service on my 2014 RAV4, so I called to make an appointment. I spoke with McLee who understood our new vehicles since that time. I recently needed service on my 2014 RAV4, so I called to make an appointment. I spoke with McLee who understood our time constraints, (my son was returning to college with his car two days later). He gave me a prompt appointment, guided my son through his first auto repair experience, kept me informed of progress, and I was given a fair price for the work. When we picked up the car, McLee arranged a quick check out process, shook my son's hand, and wished him well during his ride back to school. I was very happy with the service, the kindness, and will continue to give my business to Parkway Toyota! More
Received extremely poor service at this dealer. Asked them to replace front brakes and they replaced perfectly fine rear brakes. Had to pay for rear brakes that I did not need and also front brakes that was supposed to be replaced but was not. After replacement of brakes, I had to take time off from work again to go to the dealer to have brakes checked because they were squeaking so loud. It took them almost five hours to check the brakes while I waited. Service advisor promised me to replace my passenger side wiper and drive side vanity mirror but did not replace mirror. Tried to contact service advisor and text him but did not get a reply. Then emailed general manager of dealer who said he would "escalate" situation for me but never got back to me about how the "escalation" was progressing. Contacted general manager again but no response. I read somewhere that brakes are very easy to do compared to other mechanical fixes, so if a dealer mess up on the brakes, then it would not be wise to trust them with any other fixes in your car. Horrible experience and horrible follow through with this dealer! If you go there, you will be taking a chance with your car. Update= 1/31/23 Coming home from work, I heard another loud noise every time I stepped on the brakes. I was so concerned, I stopped by a local car repair shop to ask them what they though it might be. The mechanic on duty asked me if he could test drive my car to see if he could hear the noise. After the test drive, he confirmed he did hear a noise from the brakes. He told me Parkway Toyota needs to fix the brakes. I contacted Parkway Toyota and asked them to pay for me to get a second opinion on my brakes from another Toyota dealer as I did not trust them anymore with my car. They refused my request. Very unethical and sleazy dealer. Read other Yelp reviews and read complaints from the Better Business Bureau which all confirm how horrible and sleazy they are! More

Do not think they even bothered to look at the car but told me that the sensor for one of the tires needed to be changed. Their estimate to change one tire pressure sensor was $800!! The customer rep (the person who prepares the work order), and the service manager James Brown were not the best to deal with. I decided to take the car to another shop to get/compare estimates. Took it to PepBoys. They found a slow leak and fixed it for...wait for it....all of.....$22. DO NOT go to this place for any car repairs unless you are filthy rich and do not mind handing over your money to them for no good reason. More

TOYOTA SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED TO HAVE THEIR NAME ON THIS SERVICE CENTER. TLDR: Went in for a free inspection and they tried to lie and tell me I needed a bunch of BS services totaling well over 500 dolla SERVICE CENTER. TLDR: Went in for a free inspection and they tried to lie and tell me I needed a bunch of BS services totaling well over 500 dollars. I went in today for a battery inspection after receiving a mailing from Toyota about my vehicle. After waiting some time a service rep came over and read to me a list of maintenance that needed to be preformed on my vehicle including the replacement of my cabin air filter. I inquired as to how this list was done if it was based off routine maintenance or an inspection of my vehicle. They told me that it was an inspection. Now the kicker- I just replaced my cabin filter less than 6 weeks ago. When I told him it couldn't possibly need replacing he snapped back at me that "the filter is dirty- whether or not they replaced it is another story." Seeing as I was standing next to the person replacing it and watched it come out of a BRAND NEW SEALED PACKAGE this is total and utter BS along with the rest of "suggested" work. Not only was the staff rude but clearly trying to manipulate the fact that I am a young woman at a car dealership. I then had to ask for multiple times copies of the "suggestions" that they were now hesitant to give me while still insisting that I was wrong. I don't write reviews but needless to say don't come here unless you're interested in being lied to and getting screwed. More

I have been there 3 times to fix the same check engine light, I have spent over 5 hours and have their vehicle, then why has it not gone higher up. I have been there 3 times to fix the same check engine light, I have spent over 5 hours and have completely wasted my time and money. They are guessing as to what is wrong with my vehicle. I have already spent money to diagnose, 3 trips, and nothing resolved. I now have to pay an additional $525 to continue to allow them to guess at what is wrong with a vehicle that has 33000 miles. Then the kicker if it is what they are guessing it will cost me an additional $2300, so by the time I leave with all the guesswork. I will have paid them over $3000. More
