We do apologize for not being able to determine exactly what is wrong with your vehicle. With no light on and the condition of your sticking shifter assembly no longer happening, it would be dishonest of us to recommend replacing every part that could possibly create the conditions you had been dealing with. We did not charge you to inspect the vehicle because we were unable to fully determine what was the failure. We did recommend that if the light came back on or if the shifter failed or began to stick again that you then return for further diagnosing. We did the right thing as a dealer here. This was not to upset or inconvenience you in any way. It was to do the right thing and not make you waste your time and money on something we could not confirm needed to be replaced. We strive to deliver a thorough and efficient experience, and it is never our intention to inconvenience our guests.
