Bob Winograd is the MOST down to earth and sincere General Sales Manager that we have ever met! He does not play games and keeps things as smooth and simple as possible. Kenny Lee gave us a knowledgeable and detailed tour of our new Rav4 and all of its technology and safety features as well as efficiently getting us through all the paper work in a timely fashion. Cathy Telep was the first person I spoke with on the phone when making the appointment. Her genuine and friendly demeanor on just a short phone call was perfect. Cathy also spent some time with us throughout the process. Mark Gaviola was also friendly and very helpful in the final stages of the financial process. Amanda Capuano, friendly and fun to deal with. After only speaking with him for a few minutes he found me EXACTLY what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was so conscientious and knowledgeable about taking every measure possible to make purchasing/leasing cost effective for the consumer. I was really needing to find a vehicle that day, and he made it practically effortless for me, also expediting the whole process quickly. He was genuinely caring, kind and patient. In addition, he provided me with auto insurance assistance where I ended up paying $100.00 less per month than I would have paid with my previous provider. I've purchased several vehicles in my lifetime and dealt with a number of dealers. Again, I've never had a better experience. A stress free experence I had done an internet search to find my wife the exact vehicle she wanted, a 2017 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited Platinum in Blizzard Pearl. I had I had done an internet search to find my wife the exact vehicle she wanted, a 2017 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited Platinum in Blizzard Pearl. I had reached out to several dealers that listed the vehicle but upon speaking with them I learned that they didn't actually have it. I then spoke with the Internet Sales Manager from Parkway Toyota, Cathy Telep she said that they had the vehicle and quoted a price that was $500 less than my Costco Member price. Kathy set up an appointment later that day with Sales Consultant Clinton Ricketts. When I arrived Clinton promptly met with me and we discussed the purchase of the new vehicle, the trade in of my old vehicle and financing options. Clinton introduced me to the General Sales Manager Bob Winograd who worked out a very fair trade in price for my old car and he was able to obtain financing for the same rate that my credit union was offering. I had asked Bob if he could get a big red bow for the Highlander and he did! I must commend Parkway Toyota for the no stress, no up-selling one stop shopping experience.
