I had decided to go visit a few car dealerships on Saturday to see what was out there and where I could get a good deal. My parents have been die-hard Parkway Toyota customers and urged me to go straight there, instead of wasting time looking elsewhere. I wasn't sure if there would be anything there that I'd love, but decided to stop by and take a look. My boyfriend and I walked into the showroom and we were immediately greeted by friendly staff. We were approached by Peter Frank, who spent the next few hours answering tons of questions, taking us out for a test drive, and offering advice and suggestions based on my specific needs and wants. While he was not your stereotypical high-pressure car salesman, his knowledge and professionalism were quite impressive. He was able to work with my budget to help me get the best car I could afford. I ended up driving away in a beautiful, black Rav4. Thanks to Peter Frank and the whole team at Parkway Toyota Scion for making my car shopping experience as enjoyable as possible! Glad I Bought At Parkway Toyota I visited 2 dealerships before I got to Parkway. The first salesman had to check every answer to my questions with a group behind a glass partition. He offered a price good for only "five minutes" at which point I said 'what is this Shark Tank!" and left. At Parkway, Miguel Kychenthal was totally informed and able to answer all my questions clearly and concisely. I choose a Camry Hybrid and he knew everything about the car. The price was the lowest I felt I could get the car. I knew this was the right place to buy. Jase Kim handled the finances and made sure I understood all the choices before he'd let me make a decision. Edgar sat with me in the car to explain the high tech experience that the Camry Hybrid offers. This is my third Toyota. I had a Celica for 14 years and a Camry for 12 years. So guys, see you in 2026!
