Had a real bad experience at this dealership. The internet director made an offer via e-mail on a Camry in stock. And, later when I went into the dealership he (and his manager) decided not to honor internet director made an offer via e-mail on a Camry in stock. After the usual waiting game while he checked with the manager, he started offering excuses, like "I forgot to add freight" and "I miscalculated the rebate, should have been $500 not $1000"... This dealer was out of the way for me, but, I still made the trip as I had an offer in hand. Totally wasted my time and effort. However, I got the same deal at another Toyota dealer in Rockville. So, their loss! More

I visited this dealership in search of a used vehicle. My initial contact was with sales consultant Andre Edwards. After weeks of searching and numerous dealerships who continually led to frustrations and disappointments, we discovered Passport Toyota. I called during the day and asked if the vehicle was still availa continually led to frustrations and disappointments, we discovered Passport Toyota. I called during the day and asked if the vehicle was still available. I spoke with Michael Dahn, who made sure the vehicle was there and still available (unlike our horrible experience at Sheehy Nissan in Annapolis). We drove an hour to get there, but Michael had the vehicle out and ready to show us. It was a no pressure environment, which was great. At so many of the other dealerships, they would pressure us into things that we clearly said we did not want, whether it came to price, or trading in our other car, but not at Passport. We were extremely comfortable. Michael offered us water (again unlike Sheehy, when it was over 100 degrees and my 6 months pregnant wife was burning up) and just behaved casually and kindly. When it came time to deal with the financial aspects, Michael took us over to Hermann Cuadros. Hermann was just as friendly and also provided a comfortable environment. Hermann worked with us and made an effort to get us the best financing available. He also was informative about the insurance options, without pressuring us into anything we were not financially willing to commit to. Both of these guys really seemed to have our best interest in heart and provided us with a great experience. They even stayed well after the dealership's closing time to make sure we were happy with everything. Also, when got the car, there was only one key, but Michael said he would call the original owner and see if they still had the spare. I thought "well, it's nice that he offered, but I doubt they will have it, or he probably won't go through the trouble since it is so unlikely that they will have it." Well, I was wrong. Less than 24 hours later, Michael gives me a call and says that he has obtained the spare and that he will mail it to me since we are about an hour away. Seriously. Michael and Hermann are A+ Our car was a great price. So far, we are EXTREMELY pleased with it (granted it has only been about 24 hours). But if you are in the market for a new or used car, I would strongly recommend Passport. More
