Vehicle purchase was great!!! Service/Customer Care...No Contacted Passport Toyota online to check vehicle availability and from then on it was smooth sailing. He was very polite and made our buying experience very sociable. Our price and payments are reasonable and the vehicle is great. I would recommend Adam and Passport Toyota to all my friends and family. Great job folks!!..................................Well that didn't last long!! A few weeks after I got the car the brakes started squeaking so I took it back to get looked at on Monday. The service rep advised me that the car needed front rotors. That's what the technician recommended. She said the parts weren't in stock and asked if I could return on Wednesday to get the work done. When I got home I contacted my salesman to advise him of what was going on with the car and asked if I would be responsible for the new rotors. He advised me he would contact his sales manager and he would take care of it not to worry. Wednesday became an appointment on Thursday at 7am, no big deal. When I got there on Thursday I was advised that my car was authorized to get the rotors turned. I was disappointed but agreed on the condition that the rotors should still be within factory limitations. Well I drove the car to SC for Christmas and guess what...Squeaking. Needless to say, I'm pissed!! I ordered the rotors and brake pads from Rockauto along with oil/cabin/air filters. I'll install them myself when they arrive. The sale went great..the follow-up/customer service..Not so much!! More

Incomplete service I took my vehicle for a light on my dashboard regarding the pressure in the tires. It took more than 3 hours for Susie to tell me there was a nail in I took my vehicle for a light on my dashboard regarding the pressure in the tires. It took more than 3 hours for Susie to tell me there was a nail in my right rear tire but unfortunately the guy who patches tires had already left for the day. I'm not sure how Toyota organizes its employees. I've worked in customer service for many years and our customers get helped no matter if they come right at closing time. I got there at around 2:30 pm and left after 5:45 with an incomplete service because the mechanic had already left even tough my car was still sitting there waiting to be serviced. More
