Needs improvement with front counter service department I have been taking my Nissan vehicles to Pat Fischer Nissan for over 10 years. Until recently with the new remodel of the building, I have been extre I have been taking my Nissan vehicles to Pat Fischer Nissan for over 10 years. Until recently with the new remodel of the building, I have been extremely satisfied. Since the new remodel, there's an entirely new staff and I have a few issues that have concerned me. One being, new service employees that have not completed servicing my car as per the usual excellent service. First visit with my new car, no one cleared/updated the service warnings on the car as they previously had. Second visit, I had to put air in all four tires before the next service which tells me no air was put in my tires on that visit. On the third visit, I had to refill my window washer cleaner. In 10 years, I have never run out of windshield washer fluid. That tells me someone probably didn't fill the windshield washer fluid as they should have. I just had my car serviced again and I brought these issues up when I spoke with the service manager. Let's see how it goes this time. My only other complaint, and I have voiced this on several occasions, there should be some sort of nice couches put in the front of the service department for customers while waiting for the reps to wait on us. I had to stand over 15 minutes the other day. I'm standing there with a Yeti cup, a heavy purse, my sunglasses, my phone and a book to read. I noticed that I'm not the only one carrying items in their hands while waiting. As I mentioned the inconvenience to me and much older customers (after all we are in a retirement community), other customers chimed in with the same sentiment. Older customers should not have to stand and wait for a service rep to get to them. I was told that the dealership had no say in this matter, that Nissan dictated to them everything including where to put the signs, etc. If that's the case then someone needs to tell Nissan that their customers are not happy having to stand for extended periods of time while waiting on customer reps. More

We recently purchased a new 2016 Rogue and were very pleased with the Sales team that assisted us through the process of buying our new vehicle. We had to have some additional work (service and body shop) recently and were thrilled with the resolution to our problems. The staff at Fischer Nissan bent over backwards to work with us and we couldn't be more pleased. If you are in the market for a new or used car or just need to get your vehicle serviced I would highly recommend Pat Fischer Nissan!! More

Now staff doesnt return calls, doesnt provide loaner,except when parts ordered. I believe their waiting for warranty to expire then they will return calls and be willing to help. They say no money is made on the sale its all on the service. More

Many years of outstanding service and products I am taking the time to express my appreciation for the outstanding service and vehicles we've received from Pat Fischer Nissan. I don't even remember I am taking the time to express my appreciation for the outstanding service and vehicles we've received from Pat Fischer Nissan. I don't even remember how many vehicles I've purchased from them over them years, let's just say quite a few. We've purchased vehicles for myself, my wife and my son, both Chevrolet's when they were a Chevy dealer but mostly Nissan's. We have had no out of the ordinary issues with any of the vehicles, especially the Nissan's and mostly visit service for routine maintenance because they so rarely have other issues. But when we have had to get service the advisers are easy to work with, very professional as are the techs and parts staff. Recently we had to get some body work done in the body shop and Brian made it painless, the operation was smooth and worked well with my insurance company. My highest recommendation is with Mark Jones and his sales organization. We have always been treated very well, very straightforward, good deals. Recently Mark Jones went the extra mile for us putting a lease package together for my son that we appreciate very much. I'm happy to say that we live in Titusville and are lucky to have such a good local business we can trust and easily work with. More
On-Line Service is terrible Have tried twice to schedule service on-line and have never received confirmation. I will now find somewhere else to have my new Nissan truck serviced. More

Purchasing a new car is rarely an enjoyable experience, but knowing I got the best price from a bunch of stand-up folks makes me feel better about it. Now I don't have to worry about what deal I could have had, I can just enjoy my new car. More

Upon arrival, we weren't dumped in the shark tank - In fact, our salesman, Justin, was just outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable about all products and features, and obviously an auto/motorcycle enthusiast as well. There was no rush, no pressure, no constant attempts to up-sell. He was happy to let us test drive and check out any car/feature, and didn't apply unnecessary influence as me & my wife were discussing. They had plenty of each model in stock, and several to choose from in the trim level & color we were looking for. The biggest difference from a huge dealership was when it came time to negotiate a price. They never played the ridiculous game where you continuously get handed off to various levels of 'management' (really, just other salespeople). When it came time to negotiate, Justin handed us off directly to the sales manager, Marc, who had the authority to finalize the deal. The negotiation was fair and it didn't take long to arrive at our target price. TL;DR: Great service,very little pressure, got the exact model/trim/color we wanted. Drove off with a deal we are still extremely pleased with. That is as good as buying a car gets - Highly recommend. More
