Jose and everyone at Pat Lobb Toyota were a pleasure to buy from, especially given the few dealerships I had already gone through with exhausting sales tactics; pushy, veiled, and large tacked-on charges t buy from, especially given the few dealerships I had already gone through with exhausting sales tactics; pushy, veiled, and large tacked-on charges that they would lose a sale over. I appreciated Jose's attitude and quick responses. I do wish that he had been a little more communicative when I was at the dealership to purchase, through the paperwork phase, but I know it was because he's so used to the process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks for facilitating the purchase of my dream car! More
