Recently, my car was totaled…my first Toyota Highlander purchased from Pat Lobb’s Toyota of McKinney. My salesman was Steve Hurst and to my surprise, he was still working at PLs when I texted Steve to tell purchased from Pat Lobb’s Toyota of McKinney. My salesman was Steve Hurst and to my surprise, he was still working at PLs when I texted Steve to tell him of my misfortune. I asked him to please be looking for another used Toyota Highlander at the right price and low miles…another Unicorn. Shortly after my wreck, Steve called with the perfect car for me. Steve is friendly, honest and exemplifies great integrity. It was a pleasure doing business with him both times, the first in 2019 and this past week 2023.
