Working with Camron was great. The vehicle was delivered about a month after the initial expected delivery date and he kept us informed of the vehicle delivery status. Once notified of the car being delivered, Camron took care of all of the details for us to drive off the lot with our new vehicle. The initial financing encounter with Matt left us wondering what we had done to make him angry. We told him we did not want to sign any car loan docs until we received the vehicle. He took back the trade in documents we signed for both our vehicles and ended the encounter. Braden took over the financing of our vehicle filling in for Matt when we picked up the vehicle. Even though the car loan interest rate increased, Braden worked it out and kept our payment the same as originally quoted. We've been dealing with Toyota of McKinney since purchasing our Camry Hybrid in 2012 and will continue with our new car purchase. More

Beware of Lobb Sales dept. If you have a trade, send them pictures with all the information, they CAN give you an estimate. Don't buy that come on in we will take care of you. I went to Richardson Toyota first and after more than an hour in there I walked out, not happy and thought may be it is not time for me to buy.
