We came in just to look at different cars, but the salesperson pushed us into negotiating a vehicle that we later learned was already sold. After that, we received no communication at all — no updates, no follow‑ups, nothing. When it became clear the promised car will not arrive on time, we canceled. Since canceling, I have called and texted multiple times and even sent a message through their website to the Sales Manager. No one has responded or confirmed anything about our refund check. The salesperson stopped communicating entirely. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable. Customers should not be pressured into leaving deposits for a car that isn’t even available, misled about how the deposit will be handled, or ignored when asking for basic refund information. Very disappointing experience. More
