I was very disappointed in the service I received. I went to to dealership 2 times with no result. My tire light was on I call and left message and finally I went back over and spoke to the service ma I went to to dealership 2 times with no result. My tire light was on I call and left message and finally I went back over and spoke to the service manager. Arahbram and Brandon my salesmen was no help.when my son pick my car up it needed cleaning and gas.Only help I received from John and Jose.Jose told how to correct the issue. I received no help from my salesmen. I found out my car was never service. Please improve your customer service. More

Same model was sold to a friend 4 months back for 5000$ less by the same dealer. "Pat Lobb" - I dont know whether they care about their branding but I believe they hired goons instead of sales people. In fact the sales person brought in a finance guy and introduced to us as his BOSS just to push us more hard. More
