Never mind service went out the window after posting this. We did a ride along with this vehicle and pointed out that the apple car play is not functioning. We brought this up again and again. When we waited 3 days to pick up the vehicle we were told it was detailed and everything was fixed and ready to go. Detail wasn’t done and I don’t care about that. But the main issue and the ONLY reason we bought the car was for the apple car play. Well it’s not working still as we get in it. We call the salesman who is at home now. He tells us “oh it’s a simple reset. Bring it to us and have it reset or Any other dealer”. We make another inconvenient trip back to you all with a appointment and was told that they were to busy in service to check it out. So we go to another dealer Lewisville and they do the reset and it still doesn’t work. Then they take it in to diagnose and the usb needs replaced. We use our extended warranty which gets kicked back and now FLAGGED FOR PRE-Existing condition. I’m bringing this all up to the salesman who CONTINUES to wash his hands of this and directing us elsewhere over and over. This issue was supposed to be addressed!! And NOT only that, they broke my key to my car that they were doing the appraisal on and when they said they pay for it, I was like okay sounds good. Now it’s “umm I’m not sure if we can”. Ridiculous and the most turn and burn experience I’ve ever had and it’s very sad since this is a first car purchase.
