I came in hoping that my experience would be a positive one. Rodney was the first to greet us within just a moment of being on the lot. He let us know that he was available if we had any questions or wante one. Rodney was the first to greet us within just a moment of being on the lot. He let us know that he was available if we had any questions or wanted to test drive a vehicle. I sincerely appreciated him not hounding us or shadowing us while we took a look at the Tacomas. Once I was satisfied with what I wanted to test drive, we approached Rodney who was waiting for us. He let us take a test drive on two different makes and we ended up on the first choice, the Tacoma, that I originally wanted to come look at. He was very knowledgeable, but again NOT PUSHY, which was excellent. He offered us water and a seat while he took my information and we got to business. He was there every step of the way, explaining everything to me in a way that made me comfortable to make a purchase. I had a very unfortunate experience at another dealership earlier in the day and I was extremely satisfied with Rodney's patience, his professionalism, just the overall way that he worked with us was positive. Rodney handed us over to Antonio who was also very professional and friendly and easy to work with. Everything was copied and given to me and I was very happy with every single step of the process.
