My husband and I put a deposit down on a RAV4 hybrid in December 2021, but due to Covid and the chip shortage it took several months to get it. Our salesperson, Braden Sjoblom is very passionate and knowle December 2021, but due to Covid and the chip shortage it took several months to get it. Our salesperson, Braden Sjoblom is very passionate and knowledgeable about Toyota. He was patient and kind with us and answered all of our questions and endured months of endless text messages from us. Matt in the financing department was great and that part of the process was fast and painless. Overall I recommend Patt Lobb Toyota of Mckinney and I especially recommend Braden as a salesperson.
