He was incredibly transparent, humble, supportive, and kept excellent communication with us from start to finish. Unfortunately, delivering the new car was a mess. It was rushed through the wash and given to us dirty, with no floor mats at all despite an agreement for all-weather ones. Worse, we found a misaligned rear bumper and a broken automatic wiper rain sensor. We’ve already driven over 100 miles back and forth to the dealership. We are still waiting on parts and another service appointment just to get a brand-new vehicle properly fixed. More

We were there at the end of April for a new car. Michael greeted us at the entrance and from there on, everything went downhill with him in particular and dealership in general. We were looking for a new Camry and he had one car that was already sold. He took us in saying he was going to give us more info about incoming cars. But inside, even though we mentioned we would pay cash, he kept asking what our budget was, our credit score etc and seemed very annoyed for no reason. He said we were very difficult to deal with and when we asked him what he meant by that, he just started addressing us as you guys, your community etc based on our ethnicity. We were so stunned by the way he spoke to us that we stopped him and decided to speak to his manager, who also was not really helpful. So we just left. All he had to do was just not say anything at all and we would have had a deal right there. Their general manager called later but honestly they didn’t seem apologetic. They just wanted to sell us the car. We declined to go back and would never step into this dealership ever again. We felt humiliated by the whole experience More
