At no time during our interaction was he concerned about anything other than finding ways to fulfill our needs and it was very apparent. If I would known I would not have gotten this service done since I can get it for free at Discount Tire. I was very upset about that when I looked at my bill after I got home. Make sure you ask for pricing for EVERYTHING! More
