How am I supposed to manage my brake repairs if I don't know that critical data? Wait until the wear indicators start to squeal? By then, the brakes are likely already glazed over and unsafe! Where is my brake pad thickness report? The other thought is that they emailed a .PDF file of the repairs. That is a serious breach of personal data.
