We asked to drive a couple of the other cars they had available just to make sure we were getting what we wanted (my wife had a previous model Camry Hybrid). We drove a new Prius and decided we liked the Camry better. They were always straight forward and minimal car dealer bs. We were able to come to an agreement and Todd sent us over to Joe in Finance. Since we were paying cash and didn't need financing I expected this to go very quickly and it did. Joe asked us if we wanted an extended warranty and we declined. That was it, no hounding for glass etching, fabric protector, rust coating ect. We signed the papers and were out of there in minutes. Thanks Todd and Joe for the pleasant car buying experience. No Customer Support After the Vehicle has been Purchased My mother purchases a used Dodge Grand Caravan from Pat Lobb in January. Do not expect them to provide good customer service after the close of the sa My mother purchases a used Dodge Grand Caravan from Pat Lobb in January. Do not expect them to provide good customer service after the close of the sale. They show no support or care for a recent customer. She was told at that time in January that when the license plates came in, they would install them. I called to setup a time to have the plates installed explaining it was a Dodge Grand Caravan without a front bracket. They said to come through service that it wouldn't be a problem. When I arrived at service, they said the plates couldn't be installed without a bracket so I was sent to parts. The person in parts laughed and said this was a Toyota dealer, and I'd have to get the bracket through used car sales. The used cars department just told me I didn't need a bracket and to come back to the service department. Terrible customer service, and I still don't have my license plates installed. No one can get on the same page and agree whether they can or will help resolve this situation. More
