It was time for an oil change in my RAV4 and as usual I had a busy schedule and did not make an appointment. I pulled into the service bay and was helped immediately. My service tech, Easy, was so helpful. had a busy schedule and did not make an appointment. I pulled into the service bay and was helped immediately. My service tech, Easy, was so helpful. Not only was my oil change quick and efficient, but he also checked on a couple of technical items having to do with my car phone. Thank you Easy and all of the technicians at Pat Lobb Toyota. I will try and make an appointment next time! More
