Steven “Mississippi” Boyd is by far the best car salesman I have ever worked with, and I have worked with many. There was no pushing or pressure of any kind. He took the time in 98 degree heat to answer all I have ever worked with, and I have worked with many. There was no pushing or pressure of any kind. He took the time in 98 degree heat to answer all of my questions, get keys for 2 cars, and never once made me feel rushed. Mississippi offered to go get a master tech even if I wanted to talk to him. Mississippi also took me over and introduced me to Easy in the service area. In addition we also met Thomas “Spike” Lipscomb the manager. He was a joy to talk with and while making the deal, not a single time did a piece of paper have to go back and forth. The Pat Lobb dealership as a whole has made this father sending his kid back off to college feel like part of the Lobb family and not just a customer. More
