This is the 4th car we have purchased from Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney. My primary reason for continued loyalty (since the dealership opened) is Service. My service advisor, Mr Newsome, is the best I'v Toyota of McKinney. My primary reason for continued loyalty (since the dealership opened) is Service. Took my Rav4 to them because my mechanic couldn't find the problem. The service advisor identified it immediately. When i learned the repair cost i compared it with my mechanic, the difference was so cl the problem. The service advisor identified it immediately. Thomas “Spike” Lipscomb is a Sales Manager there and has an outstanding attitude about his job. Easy is my Service tech and is straight forward with me every time I have had my 22 Tundra serviced.
