Oil changes are pretty routine, but I got in and out pretty fast after getting an appointment 45 minutes before I drove up to Pat Lobb. They do well for customer service in the service department. I am definitely liking my dealer experiences at this dealership. This is my first Toyota. I've always been a Jeep Chrysler Dodge type. But they lost my business after 4 1/2 decades and surviving a number of mergers. More
