Had a great experience from online, to the phone, to the dealership with Lex! We found something we wanted online, scheduled our appointment to test-drive, and didn't feel pressured by our sales guy, Lex no dealership with Lex! Melissa Gautreaux absolutely MADE buying a car a wonderful experience. She was easy to work with, communicate with, and she made sure I was able to get exactly the car I wanted. My wife and I had a terrific experience purchasing our new Tundra from Patt Lobb Toyota of McKinney. Salesmen Lex Woodard and Khaled Fares were very helpful and informative, as was Sales Manager Sid Wald new Tundra from Patt Lobb Toyota of McKinney. The collective efforts of these gentlemen made for a truly easy and delightfully quick purchase process.
