Everyone was very friendly and they did a lot to make sure it'd fit my budget, only issues; I had made my appointm It was an over all fair experience. Everyone was very friendly and they did a lot to make sure it'd fit my budget, only issues; I had made my appointment for a specific vehicle and that vehicle wasn't even at the lot- so I wasn't able look at the one I was there for. Also they only showed me one vehicle after I had asked multiple times to see different ones; their reasoning was my price range. Love the Equinox I ended up getting but, don't like the way they handle some other aspects of the process. More
